The Sea To Sky Cam - Lite, includes the bare bones of the Sea to Sky Cam. The trolley, motor system, motor batteries and enough tech line to span 250 feet / 75 meters enabling you to achieve restricted cable cam shots by just adding a camera. Now the system is ready for upgrades and custom equipment suited to your needs or existing equipment. By adding our wireless head you can pan and tilt. Add our RF video transmitter, receiver and monitor and you can maintain frame. As you add components the ability of the Sea to Sky Cam increases to a professional level. The Sea to Sky Cam achieves lightweight, ultra stable flying camera angles in even the most complex of environments. Designed for commercial applications, live events, television and documentary work, the Sea to Sky Cam is a point to point system that travels a near straight line in both horizontal and vertical applications. Spanning distances up to 300 meters and traveling from a crawl to 70 km/hr, the system provides unlimited dolly angles in locations that would be impossible any other way. SAFETY Two support ropes and one drive rope. Each rope has a breaking strength of 6000 pounds / 2700 kilograms. If two ropes fail the remaining rope can support the trolley and still maintain a 15:1 safety factor. All parts and assembly components of the trolley, motor system and anchor system have been engineered with a 15:1 safety factor.
LOAD A maximum load of 800 pounds / 362 kilograms is expected on anchors if the trolley does not carry more than the recommended load. Ask us for details.
