Developed and engineered by Matt Maddaloni, The Sea To Sky Cam is a lightweight, ultra stable flying camera which achieves dynamic camera angles in very complex environments. Used for professional applications such as commercials, films, live events, television and documentary work, the Sea to Sky Cam has traveled the world and operates in both horizontal and vertical applications. Spanning distances up to a 1000 feet, traveling from a crawl to 75 kph and carrying any camera up to 40lbs, the system provides unlimited dolly angles in locations that would be impossible any other way.

From the frigid North with Alaska’s best bush pilots to the sheer granite walls of Mt Bute with Dean Potter, Reel Water Productions told some incredible stories in 2012. When most crews would have wraped, we pushed beyond. Story telling remained our passion. Small, insanley motivated crews became our tactic. Shooting on Red Epic, Sony F3, Cineflex and Phantom, digital cinema was the focus. Our client list grew. Our creativity soared. Here is our year in review.
